Even after hours, you'll run into blasting music, teens being raucous and the sounds of crew members vacuuming. I also tried the Observation Lounge on Deck 17 forward, but I found teenagers holding court, families loudly playing board games and other noises that added to a cacophony so intense I couldn't focus.
